About me
Paulo Teixeira, PhD
I’m an impact-driven professional with combined experience in R&D and business development, mostly within the areas of bioprocessing, food product development and sustainability. My main competences are in creating synergies between technical development and meeting business goals among a variety of stakeholders. I have successfully shown success in product management, leading development and cross-functional teams, grant funding, project management and been an inventor in around 14 patent families. I've also done a variety of technical work: from engineering microbial strains, developing fermentation processes, food products, biomaterials, 3D printing and digital MVPs. I’ve worked both in industry and academia, and always looking for the next idea and great team to create something that can make a difference.
